Pasco-based Colony Furniture will shift full-time operations out of its Main Street location to the warehouse.
The company owns and operates 15 retail stores in Florida. Its staffing will shift to the warehouse, which has 150,000 square feet and will offer commercial and residential furniture and flooring, according to the company’s website.
The move will take place in the second quarter of 2012, and Colony Furniture said it will stay open and sell retail furniture for a few months. It will begin moving in the second quarter of 2013, when it plans to open a warehouse showroom for its 75-employee workforce.
The company also has a corporate office in Citrus Park.
